MODEL AND NEW mum Georgia Penna (née Salpa) has hit back at newspaper reports stating she adopted her twin boys.

An article in today’s Irish Mail on Sunday features paparazzi shots of Penna pushing a pram around London, and claims that she and husband Joe Penna adopted the children back in October.

However, in a note posted on Twitter earlier today, Penna said this was untrue:

Delighted with the arrival of twin boys, the most special perfect little babies and we are so in love with them. They are NOT adopted as the Irish MoS says. I won’t be posting any photos of them on social media as I’d like to keep them private.

“We’re very, very happy – but will be even happier if the papers, which have been so good to me, respect our family’s privacy at this very special time,” she wrote.

The model married British hedge fund manager Joe Penna earlier this year in a ceremony in Portofino, Italy.
